Bishop Wilton is aLittle village in the East Riding of Yorkshire, approximately Quatern miles N of Pocklington and 6 miles East of Stamford Bridge.

Good Northerly of the village lies Bishop Wilton Wold, more usually known as Garrowby Hill, at 246 metres above sea level, these are greatest point on the Yorkshire Wolds.
